| Strategy Implementation Process (SIP) ® |
Stage One
n
Activity: Preliminary Assessment- this critical activity sets the stage for a comprehensive understanding of the vision and the context (environment) in which that vision is to be implemented.

Deliverable: Preliminary Findings Report (PFR) - This report will give the leader critical information from which key management decisions can be made regarding the path to take from the spoken vision to the vision being implemented in a given context.
Stage Two

Activity: Initial Strategy Recommendations - Building on the results from the PFR, a set of site / situation specific strategy recommendations will be identified and reviewed.

Deliverable: Strategy Recommendations Report (SRR) - This report outlines specific strategies and recommendations including narrative highlighting potential strengths and weaknesses of each recommendation.
Stage Three
n
Activity: Dynamic Implementation Plan –The outputs from the previous two stages, along with additional support material, are reviewed and turned into an implementation plan. This plan meets the standard of being measurable and executable. Key “check-in” points are identified through out the plan document / process.
nDeliverable: Dynamic Implementation Plan (DIP) – This document gives step-by-step guidance to those assigned to carryout the plan. The DIP may be drafted in two styles general or detailed.
Standard Intervention
Client may not be at the appropriate stage of development to implement the leader’s vision. Sphinx provides specialized services, working with your current team or utilizing field experts, to help close the gap and bring the organization into alignment with stated goals and objectives.
Critical Intervention
Client may currently be operating in “crisis management” due to a cash shortage, operational challenges or organizational deficiencies. Sphinx assesses the critical needs and acute areas, then provides focused applied solutions to stabilize the company and position it for growth.
